Horrible experience. Made my elderly mother wait a day and never showed up for the appt. Called and said he was overbooked. Said he would come another day. Arrived the second day and started complaining that the dryer wasn't the exact model given to him over the phone, didn't bother to look at it to figure out the problem and left. Very rude and a waste of everyone's time. How are you in business?
