Very rude and unwilling to help!!! – For Christmas I had purchased a 1 hour massage gift card for my mother-in-law. In the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season I misplaced the gift card and just chalked it up to lost money. I recently found the gift card but noticed that it had expired.
