Didn't meet deadlines; didn't honor warranty. Owner was very thorough during the quoting process which was a good sign to us. Work started and the crew made good progress quickly, but then things slowed to a crawl. Work took twice as long as promised in the contract. There were days on end that no one showed up to do work.
