Fell on hard times and was late on rent several months in a row but I managed to get them pd every month. I always stayed in contact with them letting them know what is going on. Closing doors on my business, selling property and trying to clean it out,working 12 hr days 5 days a week at my job. Didn't get a phone call or a text msg. I went to storage unit and much to my surprise was s note on the door to evacuate the unit with a ridiculous evacuation date.
