They did a septic install for us. In the process, they caused some damage to our yard fence and exterior paint with their digging equipment. The install itself was not done properly. They didn't install a clean out pipe, which they should have done, according to a plumber we later hired. They did not connect all the drainage plumbing from the house, so we cannot use our kitchen sink and washing machine, as water and septic gas backs into the house. I really don't know what to say, The first time they were here they cracked the lid to my septic. Now 3 years later I have had to call them to pump my tank. Had an appointment for Saturday after 12 they never showed or called . We called them several time on Sunday and no call back. We will not ever use them again or recommend them ever.
Requested pump septic service (Feb 9,20160. Promised one day. no show. came two days later. Pumped , called me on phone for credit card payment. Driver said 'give a credit card NOW or I will pump the sludge back into the tank." Gave credit card over the phone. Card charged on Feb 12. Called four times and each time the person on the line said it would be mailed. Still no invoice. Called again and said I would contest the charge if I did not receive a paid invoice. Call Saturday for service... Was told they would be there Sunday... Never show up and I call to receive no call back... Was call Monday to be told that they was coming today and want be able to make it and rescheduled for Tuesday to receive another call saying they wouldn't be able to make it again... Whatever you do don't use them
Phew, glad I read these reviews before I called this company. Companies, you need to do better because in this modern day and age, word of mouth can kill a business especially with the Internet!!!
Deserves a -* . They were scheduled to arrive between 2-4 on a Saturday. No Call No Show. Tried multiple times all afternoon, evening and on Sunday. No the same company it was 38 years ago. I do not recomend them, nor will I ever call them again.
Don't call the first on the list for this category .. Pass it by. They also showed up over 5 hours late and after Dark the driver stated he has not done after Dark jobs but was already digging when I arrived and pried the tank open as my husband came out of the house. I now know too much about Septic Tanks - There is actually a circle hole for them to attach their hose too - but instead he forced a part of the tank open and broke the lid collapsed the ground around the tank into the tank and flooded our home with the pressur... read more
5 hours late. left the tank lid cracked causing tank to fill in 1 day.
These people left me waiting for 4 hours for a 3:30 appointment and never showed and never called. When they finally showed up the next day, they broke the pipe coming into my septic tank when they were digging. They didn't bother to fix it or let me know. When I called to notify them, I left 4 messages with no return phone call. When I actually reached someone, they continued to put me on hold and blindly transfer me to voice mail.
