We pump septic tanks. We do not fix them we are not a plumber. We are a 24 hour company but our regular business hours are from 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri. We do emergencies out of that time span if it is absolutely necessary for an extra fee. Jason with A&A came out to pump the tank and to evaluate the problem with the tank not draining into the leach field. He was competent, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He listened to our questions and provided informed answers and solutions to the problem. He took time to understand how our system worked and was able to recommend solutions based on his experience and expertise. I highly recommend A&A and we'll definitely use them again in the future.
