Been with them since 2015 and Ms Annette and AA Self Storage has taken great care of me thru all the mobilizations deployments and everything else life has threwn at me.
If you are looking for a storage unit, look no further than AA Self Storage in Jacksonville. When I initially went in to get a quote, Tina had a line of customers. She greeted each one with a smile and apologized for the wait. Which was not long at all. Annette took me on a tour to find the right size unit and Tina processed the paperwork. Which was seamless. Both are examples of customer service at its finest! Thank you both.

Annette was very kind and generous when working with her on a getting a storage lot. She also helped clarify and explain all my questions and concerns that I had with pricing, storage size, and future issues with financing. She also remained very professional and polite also.
