She greeted each one with a smile and apologized for the wait. Which was not long at all. Annette took me on a tour to find the right size unit and Tina processed the paperwork. Which was seamless. Both are examples of customer service at its finest! Thank you both.

Annette was very kind and generous when working with her on a getting a storage lot. She also helped clarify and explain all my questions and concerns that I had with pricing, storage size, and future issues with financing. She also remained very professional and polite also.
Service was phenomenal. Had to leave soon and Mrs Annette was great in helping me get set up.
