First impression of Securall had me almost running to an alternative vendor, but when a flaw was acknowledged, the team had no hesitation in righting the issue immediately and professionally. I was appreciative of their prompt assistance when surfacing concern and was overall satisfied with the customer service.
Very poor first impression of this company. No help, promised calls never received, no follow up emails. After chasing them for over a month because I was told product was trusting, I've had to find another alternative vendor due to their lack in customer service communication.

A fantastic employer ......... if you want to be used up by people from Illinois....
They fired (3) women for no reason over the age 58 within 3 months. All of these women worked for A&A secure products for over 6 years. After hiring new management in July of 2023 by December of 2023, all of these older employees were fired with no reason given with the exception of the below The reasons why these women were fired was because they didn't fit the " dynamics of the office any longer This speaks volumes on the company you're dealing with
