Andrew picked up payment in cash before the job was even looked at. He went to the job with no tools and did not do the job according to the manufactures directions to fix the problem. I emailed him the directions. He told the customer he was coming back on Saturday and did a no show. Customer was furious that he wasted his day waiting. Not sure who Andrew is from the other Google review, but have been meaning to share my experience with Segundo Angamarca, the owner of the A&A restorations, since he restored my 2br coop apartment on the Grand Concourse in December 2020. Segundo and his nephew Manuel are excellent contractors. They were communicative, worked quickly, stayed on time and on budget, and the remodel is stellar.
