One of the most awesome rental...Experiences I’ve ever had they are so knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful.
This place is very well run. Customer service is probably better than anyplace I have ever seen. The staff is very helpful. It is easy to find exactly what you need. I have rented from them 4 times over the last couple years.
A&A has always been good in their dealings with my family and friends. Not only was my dad an employee there at one time, and treated very well, but we've used them for party supplies. I'll still continue to use them.
You guys are so rude! I spoke with this Cynthia lady and she was NASTY to me! I don't appreciate the f'ing attitude. I would have used you guys again, but bc of Cynthia and the awful customer service, I am not going to. I'll spread the word to everyone I know to never use you guys. If y'all are gonna be disrespectful towards your customers, you're gonna get bad ratings. AND I mentioned Cynthia in the rating review.
