Was a loyal A&A customer...miss A&A already, Casella is not living up to expectations, regrettably terrible service! Canceling them and looking elsewhere.

This company was taken over by Casella Waste which is very irresponsible. We have not had service for 3 weeks!! I have called multiple times asking for a manager and get the same response from customer service "We will email the managers and they will get back to you with absolute disregard to our issue. I am frustrated and very disappointed with this new company and their lack of professionalism and responsibility

We have used A & A Refuse for several years and have been very happy with their services. Katie does an amazing job of customer service. She communicates well and is always responsive. It's always great to see local businesses thrive!

Excellent service, always place the bin back away from the street and off the driveway. Very reasonably priced and communicate when/if there are changes to pickup time.
