I loved A&A however, since Casella has taken over, prices just keep getting higher, employees just throw your toters whereever and they haven’t picked up my trash in 2 weeks. This place is horrible.!! Looking to switch ASAP!!
Was a loyal A&A customer...miss A&A already, Casella is not living up to expectations, regrettably terrible service! Canceling them and looking elsewhere.
This company was taken over by Casella Waste which is very irresponsible. We have not had service for 3 weeks!! I have called multiple times asking for a manager and get the same response from customer service "We will email the managers and they will get back to you with absolute disregard to our issue. I am frustrated and very disappointed with this new company and their lack of professionalism and responsibility
