My pump stopped working and I called Caleb he sent Chris out who got here within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem. Appreciate their quick response!!
As a property manager of townhomes that have a pool, you want exceptional service. Chris is the guy that services our pool and does exceptional service and goes above and beyond to make sure my tenants are satisfied. Our pool looks amazing because of him and the owner Caleb! They were very thorough in finding my leak at my Pump . Kaleb new what to do and fixed it. I appreciated his honestly and completing the job plus cking other areas around the pool pump to make sure.
I have to vive out a huge Thank you to Caleb! He was so nice and professional on the phone. He even went above and beyond to help with my pool issue. My pump was not priming and I followed his advice and got it to work and push out all the pine needles from my neighbors trees they refused to maintain. Now they are coming out to help clean the pool up so it can be summer ready just in time. Thank you so much!!!
