I've recently bought a used skoda superb. My first computerised car if you like, and I assumed it would need servicing etc. I spoke to a technician at the garage who went through the car settings, online service history and told me it didn't need it. A lot of garages would've done the work and charged me. I don't know who I spoke to but thanks very much. To be able to trust a garage means a lot, and I'll be back.
I booked my Audi A8 in for a Service & MOT, I turned up very early to drop my car off so waited in the car but One of the staff came out to me and said that its no problem and already sorted my loan car out. The customer service was outstanding and was informed about the service and they had done research on my previous service history before hand so they knew what they were looking at. I am so pleased with there professionalism and the quality of the service, I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.
