They are NO LONGER AT THAT LOCATION, but now in Solon, where they go by another name, and only specialize in wheelchairs and scooters and accessories for them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with one of the reps at this company named John. He did a terrific job of setting up a friend of mine with a customized wheelchair. My friend has a unique combination of physical problems and the wheelchair, therefore, required a good amount of planning and insight. He went out of his way to make it collaborative, making sure that the family's priorities were discussed and addressed. Called them about purchasing a ROHO cushion for my husband they didn’t know what it was and said they could not help me, didn’t bother to check on this product told them I needed it for a chair my husband uses 24hrs a day but that didn’t seem to mean anything, not the least bit helpful. Don’t go there or purchase anything from them, my opinion. D. Thomas

The sales reps are great at getting you a wheelchair, and that is were the positive ends. They dont seem to realize the importance of fixing or servicing a wheelchair. I can't even express how poorly run this company is. For your health and safety, if you need a wheelchair, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
