My A/C went out on the first day of a 3 day heat wave. I spent hours calling around to try to get someone to come out and look at my system. All the big names were too busy. Couldn't see me until days later. It was 92 degrees in my home. One company made an appointment with me and then pushed me back by 2 days within an hour of scheduling. But NOT Cool Guys! What a breeze (literally!) to work with Cool Guys Heat & Air. Of all the quotes we got, theirs was the fairest and most affordable. Mr. Bruce is honest in his quotes AND honest in his work. We had to replace our entire HVAC system and our entire ductwork. Mr. Bruce and his son finished the job in 2.5 days. Great job guys, the father and son team arrived at my home made the assessments and got right to work on my unit. They performed various duties, they were both very polite, they also made a couple of adjustments to the unit as well. All I have to say is, Cool Guys HEAT & Air LLC ,are Cool guys thanks for the great service.
I had a great experience with this company they came right out told us what our issue was with our unit and was able to replace our inside and outside unit, thermostat unit right away. Also they were cheaper then all of the other heating and cooling companies and also had financing available. Mr Bruce and his son were very professional and informative and did a great job with replacing our units.
