This therapist yelled at me in my face when I couldn’t stop crying. During trauma therapy. I cannot recommend.
Kathy helped me improve my thinking and behavior and has had a profound impact on me making positive changes in my life. She listens well and she provides excellent tools and strategies to practice healing. She recommends helpful books, videos, and even songs. She even shows she cares about her clients by remembering details from previous sessions that other people would easily disregard and forget. I am very thankful for Kathy’s help and support.
Kathy is rude and very condescending. I saw her one time in 2012. I was diagnosed with PTSD. I was pregnant and on Medicaid at the time so I had slim choosing about who would I could go to/who accepted TN insurance. I have since gone though hell to try to retrieve medical records from Kathy on several occasions. Just as Morgan McIntyre noted over a year ago, she isn't equipped with the proper tools to provide adequate care.
