Terrible service. Would not return calls, make appointments, totally ignored my efforts to arrange a service call. Tried cell phone, called the office line. Gordon does not answer or return messages. Terrible. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Very displeased with the experience I had with this company. The first person who came in broke my kitchen sink further and was supposed to come back when the part arrived. When the part arrived I could not get someone to come in after for 3 weeks to fix this. During all of this my bathtub faucet was leaking heavily. Finally when someone came to "fix" the bathtub leak the whole valve to control the temperature of the water was installed incorrectly and I can not control the temperature of the water correctly anymore. Well, where should I start. When the plumber finally came, the work was well done. It's everything before that. So, to make a very long story short, I had sewage back up over the Christmas break. They were supposed to show up on the 30th at 9 am. I called their office mid day, and I have come to the conclusion that the office does not have a schedule of the appointments in front of them.
