It's what you would expect in a decent African hair salon in terms of environment. The people there are kind, warm and pay attention to your hair. Definitely better pay for my money than having to go to someone's house who will ask for deposit, require to blowdry your hair, make subpar braids, and still charge high fees. The lady who did my hair was kind, but did not do a single thing I asked for. I wanted bigger boxes since I was short on time. By the 4th hour I was there I realize "hey, she keeps making the boxes smaller". I also PAIDD $180 JUST FOR MY ENDS TO NOT BE DONE and MOST of the braids to look so weird. Also don't ask for a middle, they don't know what that is and will make it more lopsided then me.
