RecommendedExcellent service from this company. Came out and provided window cranks and casements for hard-to-repair windows. Saved us a great deal of money and professional and timely service. Great communication from the office as well. I highly recommend.

Horrible customer service by Owner. Paid in full for 3 screens and frames. When i retrieved order, all screens and frames were incorrect size. Owner Scott was unwilling to make right and basically verbally abused me. I requested refund and he would not comply. I was forced to dispute thru my CC. The environment at this place is unsafe for customers. Buyer Beware

We truly wanted to make your screens work for you, but because you were unwilling to bring back the sample we used to build your frames, our hands were tied. These are custom built items and can not be pulled of a stock shelf. You refused to listen to your options or give us any time (not even the next day) to look into what went wrong.
