I used this company for my wedding the service was top notch & the driver did an amazing job. Obviously with it being my wedding I was scared because I've heard absolute horror stories about some bus companies but everything went so smoothly I could not be more happy! Thank you AA!!
We recently used this company for our wedding, and while the overall experience was mostly fine, there were a couple of significant issues that we feel should be addressed. First, the bus itself was an older model, which was a bit of a letdown. Since it will not allow me to reply to the response just an FYI the driver's behavior was far below the standard that is common respect, and had a significant impact on our experience. This lack of professionalism and courtesy on top of being expected to drive only about 15 minutes was completely upsetting given the importance of the occasion. The tone and manner in which he interacted with us was rude and dismissive leaving a negative impression on our special day. As a result the tip was adjusted accordingly, reflecting th... read more
