Mr. Naughter's professionalism was evident throughout the entire appraisal process. He offered much information about each piece and clearly has great expertise in his field, picking out nuances and sublties I would never notice. He is fair, courteous and punctual. It was a pleasure to work with someone who is an expert. I highly recommend him and will certainly ask him for his assistance in the future.

Jim was great start to finish. He responded to my inquiry almost immediately and had an appointment set up very quickly. He conveniently comes to your house and does all that he can to make sure you feel comfortable with having someone come to your home. Jim did everything right and front of you and was done getting all the information he needed with in 25 mins. He had the extensive appraisal report done by the end of the day.
