Very poorly run company. Used them twice recently, first time was a great experience. The motor we sent was repaired quickly and reasonably priced but I believe the owner was handling most of job. The second most recent time has been the total opposite. They picked up a motor on 5/22, it's now 8/10 and all we have heard are excuses. Each time we call it's something different, each time they say "we are going to call or email you" or "we should have something in a few days".
