I was not expecting being received as reception did today..😞 but I will give them a good review because they do a good work!
We hired A&A Electric to come and service our generator which is basically an oil and filter change along with a diagnostic check of the unit. We also had them provide and install a new battery. We had this service performed a week prior the ice/snow storm of January 2025. Upon completion of the service the technician “Levi” called my wife and told her everything was good to go and the unit was running good. Very pleased with the installation of our generator.
Our whole-house generator was installed on Oct 4. Less than 24hrs later on Oct5, we had a 2-hour power outage due to weather. After the prescribed amount of seconds without commercial power, our Generac generator turned on and started running. It ran smoothly with a little noise. Once the power was restored, the generator turned itself off. We're happy customers.
