I’m all about supporting a small local business. A & A has been friendly every time I have interacted with them. Unfortunately they are often late on trash pick up or may skip a week entirely. My trash can has been in front of my house for 2 weeks and still has not been picked up. I find that extremely unacceptable. It would be nice if they would let customers know if they are having issues with a truck or something. We are understanding people, but there is never any form of communication made.
Made the payment over the phone on due date because no noticed the check under the lid in a bag, the money was taken out of my account and still my garbage can was taken by “mistake “
Thay are awesome.
I have to commend them…after all that snow and ice they picked up trash last night til the late night hours…thanks for all the hard work yall do
