I got in touch with A&A via their website. After almost a week of not hearing from someone I finally received a call from Gary Joyner on April 10th and we set up an estimate for April 20th between 8-9 in the morning. On April 19th I sent Gary a note saying "See you tomorrow morning Gary". Normally I wouldn't follow up but because of how long it took to set the appointment I felt uncomfortable. From the first contact with Shawn McDonald to our installation by Gary and Greg today, our experience with this company has been great. Initially I was reluctant to purchase ( a stationary awning for our screened porch) from a company outside of Richmond (they are VA Beach) because I wasn't sure that an "out of town" company could provide the same level of customer service as a local company; however, Shawn's prompt responses to my emails and his follow up phonecalls tell a different story... these guys are top-notch! Customer service here is top notch. I needed some material for my boat and they quickly shipped me some fabric. If I needed to do any work with awnings I'd definitely use them.
