It starts with The Knights of Columbus paid to have a transmission put into my vehicle Sept. 2019. Within a month I had it back to AAand they said nothing wrong. Then pandemic set in when there was a slight lift of lock down I had issues took it to my regular mechanic and he said sounds like Trans. Looking for honesty and good customer service? Don't go to AA Automatic Transmissions. I called ahead of time to ensure they work with my extended warranty company. Kevin assured me they do. The only caveat was AA wouldn't rebuild my transmission. (Turns out that's not what I need anyway.) However, after I had my truck towed to AA, Kevin told me he didn't have time to sit on hold 30 minutes waiting to get the needed work approved. He told me to have the warranty company call him!
