Went to A-A Auto Services because my vehicle felt unstable, especially going around curves & inclines. They charged $53.99 for diagnosis - “CHECK WAS TOLD STRUTS WERE BAD AND CAUSING UNEVEN TIRE WEAR. CHECK OVER COMPLETE SUSPENSION AND FRONT END ARE ALL GOOD NO PLAY IN ANY JOINTS. STRUTS ARE TIGHT AND NOT LEAKING ANY OIL. START WITH ALIGNMENT.” They did an alignment for $125. Honest, straightforward, doesn’t charge you for stuff that doesn’t need to be done. Did an alignment and checked out the struts and suspension on my 2015 Ford Fusion. Great communication and prompt work. Will go back.
My car was making a terrible noise and I shared the recording with the guy (Zach?) and left it with him. He called me the next day and told me there was a rock that got jammed behind a brake rotor. Then he said that my windshield wipers randomly broke (what??) and that he replaced one of them and asked if I'd like to replace the other, too. I was caught off-guard and said okay.
