Called over the phone for possible help representative I spoke with was very rude about answering questions that I asked. Instead of explaining what he could help me with he got frustrated and hung up on me. In my honest opinion, I think I was asking basic questions. Completely unprofessional. Please take your money and time elsewhere.
THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had been working with Tom since early December on the purchase of a vehicle explaining my situation as a single working mother. Initially Mj along with Tom, who I ended up ultimately working with, were very welcoming, gracious and hospitable. Fantastic service , very professonal
I needed to get the work done quickly. They were able to get me in and out in 3 hours to have all my brakes replaced. They threw in a free tire rotation with it. Such a pleasant experience all around. Would you give 10 stars if I could?
