I needed to get a new tire and spent two hours sitting at Firestone on Broadway while the Millenial Staff had coffee checked their phones and basically ignored me even though I was the only customer there. Finally they said they didn't have the tire because the person I made the appointment with put the wrong info in the computer which they could have realized immediately if the staff there was actually working. We got a flat on 880 north on Saturday. After changing to the little spare tire I got off the freeway and drove around Oakland looking for somewhere to fix the regular tire since I don't like driving on the little spare too long. They were just locking up but they fixed it anyway and changed it back to on the car. They even put the spare back where it goes so all the tools and stuff fit right. Thanks guys.
Easy to get to. Very efficient and professional plus friendly. Old fashioned customer service and care.
Great local shop, plugged my tires for $20! Would definitely come back in the future for tires and more
