I needed to get a new tire and spent two hours sitting at Firestone on Broadway while the Millenial Staff had coffee checked their phones and basically ignored me even though I was the only customer there. Finally they said they didn't have the tire because the person I made the appointment with put the wrong info in the computer which they could have realized immediately if the staff there was actually working.
