This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. if I could put no stars, I would. brought in a vehicle for a full front repair from state farm and although state farm advised them that I was fully covered for any damage to the vehicle, they tried arguing with the actual agency that's paying them? unbelievable. they actually tried calling state farm to tell them that the damage internally could not be verified because he did not know what the vehicles condition was before the accident although State farm ad... read more

Called for an estimate, was told no. The work may be good but the customer service sucks just as it does with any other body shop in the Bronx.
Excellent work! This was my first time experience with this body shop. I had damage on the hood of my car. They did a full replacement and even cleaned and washed my car before returning it to me. The owner Tony was very professional and friendly and I had zero issues with their service. Would definitely recommend!
