It was just under 10k since the brake job. I called Simon and he wouldn't even look at them without charging a $69.95 fee. If it was his fault he would waive this. What are the chances of this. Bad 👎 this place is garbage I called about my 2012 kia sorento they told me replace my engine without giving me an explanation and seemed to be rushing me off the phone and getting mad and upset because I had more questions asking for any other alternatives but they hung up I wouldn't recommend going here with customer service like that .
Simon is an honest, thorough mechanic. I have heard him bargain for price breaks from vendors to benefit his customers. We have been going there for 18 years.
