I have never spoke with a more rude, and uninviting receptionist in my life. Give me the facts lady, not the attitude
I’ve seen people come who don’t really want to be here. If you give yourself a chance and the counselors a chance you may learn something that could save your life. I enjoy this place and the people!
I did not get her name because she didn’t state her name but I called about 3:59PM today 07-07-20, she was like hold on and hung up, I called back again & she said can you hold on and hung up again. I called back for the 3rd time and she was mad. I asked if she needed me to call back at a later time and she said no what is it that you need? Very rude. Does reception close at 4pm because she sounded like she was in a rush and was giving me limited information.
I would not recommend this place. They don't report to the courts and they write letters to get so called problem people out if there facility. They are not helping anyone but themselves.
