I came in to check if they had a driver belt for my washer. The guy helping me tossed the belt onto the counter and said that was the part. I could tell there was a difference but he insisted. Price me at about $40 for a $9 dollar part. I agreed as long as they accept the part back if it wasnt the right one for my washer. He replied back with a confrontational "NO!". I said no thank you and walked out. From the look of other comments on here, this is natural for this company unfortunately.
