Do not hire. I hired AA American Duct Cleaning to perform dryer vent duct cleaning service and after two attempts by David, the job was not done. In fact my issue was made worse. I paid $150 dollars ($25 of which was for parts I am not sure I needed) and finally had to do the job myself. The pictures attached are of the brush I purchased and the process I used for clearing my own dryer vent duct. Ordered and paid for 'lifetime' HVAC filters which have not been delivered. On 19-Nov-2018, David O'Shaughnessy, DBA A A American Duct Cleaning, was at my home and performed a duct and AC cleaning service. At the same time, 'sold' me two 18"x18"x1" lifetime/washable/electrostatic filters for same system -to be delivered via best carrier (UPS/USPS/Fedex) in 3-5 days. For this, I prepaid $258.
