We had American Alarm Company for YEARS!! We found them to be friendly and professional. They had to contact us numerous times too because we had a door that, with the least bit of wind, would come ajar and trip the alarm, but they were never annoyed and they never treated it as a hassle. Unfortunately we are closing our doors after 112 years in business and do not need their services anymore, but they were wonderful to deal with. Thank you, American Alarm!

I wish there was an option for 10 stars! I bought a new home in October and recently had a little bit of a scare. I called American Alarm because they came very highly recommended. I had a pre-existing alarm system in my home but, it wasn’t active. I called and spoke with AnnaMaria. Not only was she knowledgeable but, she put my mind at ease and assured me that I would be up and running in no time.
