Beware of this storage place. Owner will steal your money any chance they get. I reserved a unit, then when I showed up it had someone else's lock on it/was already rented. Vanette said she was going to refund me in FULL. She of course did not. Now my bank is disputing the charge. She is beyond out of integrity. She's a crook. Rent elsewhere. There are many nicer cleaner places nearby!! This place is also a disgustingly dirty. Id NEVER rent there.
I had a great experience here. Friendly, clean, and professional. Plus it's a local business and not a big chain. I did take a star off because A) they have restricted hours and no gate code like other lockers (but charge comparable prices) and B) I went to cancel with 11 days notice but since they require 15 days notice I had to pay for an entire other month. That's fine since it's in the contract but they would have gotten another star if they offered to prorate the second month's 4 extra days. That said, I would still rec... read more
