The customer service was extremely poor, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. Thank you for responding, but I feel your reply does not address the issues I raised. I want to clarify a few points: The hire car I received was provided by CompassCorp, and they charge the at-fault third party, not your business. It was not a courtesy car from your shop.
