I made a HUGE mistake by contacting this company when my car would not start. My regular mechanic was out on vacation so I reached out to 24/7 Mobile Tech. I was certain that the issue was a defective battery as I had a similar problem in the past. I informed the tech Charlie of this on the telephone and in person when he arrived. I was not advised of the service call fee when I requested to have a tech dispatched to my home. The service call fee is also NOT listed on the company's website.
