Jeff was super easygoing and nice. Im giving 3 stars due to the overall experience. I called due to needing a tire change around 4:30pm and the job wasn’t actually done until 10:30pm. I communicated with Jeff throughout the entire time and he did apologize that the driver was taking such a long time. In the end the driver did try to tell me a higher price than what was told to me by Jeff… I also received a used tire that isn’t the same size as the others on my car. I'm giving two stars because at first, I thought the job was well done because I had a flat tire to get fixed on a Sunday morning. It wasn't until find out almost a month later how badly the job was done. My tire sensor light was flashing so, I went to a tire shop when they showed me the work that this guy (24 hour place) did. I found out the guy not only put in the wrong valve because it didn't match the rest of the tires but that the sensor was ducked taped inside.
