super quick and cheap locksmith! got to my house within 15 minutes after the call. 100% recommend. did an amazing job!
Still waiting on my refund. Been promised many times to refund my money ($170) for 2 simple keys that were improperly made. Proper keys were promised repeatedly and never provided. Was able to get the 2 keys from a competitor for less than $20 total. Where is my refund???
Arrived late enough that I figured out a solution to my problem. Then wanted to charge me a $30 dollar service fee I was not told about when asking for a quote (which none was given after I described my house door was locked) for driving roughly 4 miles to my house. I'm unsure but I believe I am banned for not paying the that charge even when I offered to pay the federal rate people get for Mileage reimbursement. The tone of their dispatcher and technician was demeaning and I will not be returning.
Predatory company. They quote you 150 estimate on the phone. They come out, program and make your key and demand $650. You go back and forth for 10 mins and eventually they'll say they'll do 450. Like others said, they rely on folks out stranded late at night and prey on you. If you can go somewhere else, go somewhere else. Don't buy their BS review responses either
