If I could give them zero stars, I would. Warning - this company is dishonest and abusive. They will take advantage of your situation and overcharge you. They do not take credit card and they will not complete the work after you pay them. Then they will cuss and deny that they ever did the work. Invoice does not have any contact on it and you can't read the writing. We had to hire a different company to complete the job. Owner cusses and uses abusive language and will threatened to sue if you leave a bad review.
If I could give zero stars I would. The technician Eli Abu or Eli Samra, he changes his name, came out on an emergency call on Saturday morning, charged me over $720 and was supposed to come back on Monday with a new keypad lock because he did not have one. When I called the company this morning they continue to route my call to him and they hung up on me this last time. The guy Eli cursed me out in a way that I have never been cursed out by anyone. Great service! Super price! Took the sting off of my stupidity and a genuinely great experience.
I leaving this place now. This was really disappointing. The worst and irresponsible service ever. I will do a negative review for sure. about your service. I will call another company tomorrow. Thank you for waste my time. REALLY BAD SERVICES
