Absolutely do NOT take your vehicle here. I brought my fully functioning GMC Acadia here for a tune-up. The shop offered me 3 quotes for basic necessities up to all recommended services. I chose to have all recommended services performed (totaling over $4,500. For a tune-up). My car was in the shop for 5 days. When I got it back, the A/C wasn’t blowing cold air. Up front honest overall great experiences every time!
If you don't care about context just skip to the last paragraph, though the context is arguably important. I had just moved away from my family after several years of helping my mom retire. I just started this new work that was paying more than I've made in my life, reasonably speaking. I barely got to do this for a month before my transmission went out, and I didn't have $3365 stashed away yet to cover this. If I could give zero stars I would. They gave my car an oil change, and ran diagnostic for check engine light. And recommended a transmission flush. I went ahead and listened, not knowing that it's not recommended to flush a transmission with issues, according to SEVERAL transmission shops I've now spoken with. When I called A to Z to get the diagnostics codes over the phone they would not give them to me!
Terrible shop wouldn’t even lend a jack to somebody who had a flat tire right outside their shop.
