Very rude to a new customer and hung up mid way through a call when I just wanted an inspection
Have been using this shop for years now. They've helped me with some difficult fixes on my car that other shops wouldn't do. They also have been affordable for me.
My wife went there with my uncle recently luckily my uncle talked to the mechanic because the guy at the front wasn't going to tell us the truth we went there thinking our water pump was bad and it was but the guy said (we just needed to fix the radiator) and was not going to tell my wife apparently that the water pump was bad completely unprofessional to leave out important details like that after running a diagnostic
He’s running a dealership out of this shop and bought my jeep from “some guy” while the title and lien release was in my name which was taken illegally skipped a assignment on the title and never got a copy of the person that sold it to him the drivers license or ID
The best experience I've ever had at a shop. My engine was making a noise and they were able to identify the issue as I was pulling in. I needed a water pump. Still, they performed a complimentary 35 point inspection. I was strapped for cash and was sure the repair was going to break me, but they offered financing with zero percent interest and it was only $10 a week.
