If I could give zero stars I would. They gave my car an oil change, and ran diagnostic for check engine light. And recommended a transmission flush. I went ahead and listened, not knowing that it's not recommended to flush a transmission with issues, according to SEVERAL transmission shops I've now spoken with. When I called A to Z to get the diagnostics codes over the phone they would not give them to me!
Terrible shop wouldn’t even lend a jack to somebody who had a flat tire right outside their shop.
This shop is actually terrible. My buddy broke down right across the road and we limped his truck to the parking lot. We asked if they could let us borrow a jack to put on his spare tire yet they proceeded to inform us that their jacks do not leave their shop and they were not willing to come outside and across the parking lot to come help change his tire.
It was December 26 and we were driving to a family reunion at Table Rock Lake. Our Santa Fe Sport suddenly cut-out in Franklin County MO. We slowly made our way to A2Z auto, the only auto repair shop open in the area on the day after Christmas. The owner reported that our Santa Fe Sport's engine was under a recall but that they could service it. We waited over 5 hours and spent over $1,600 for repairs.
