Truly a horrible business. They show up whenever they want, so you better not try to plan a day if you have to access your things. Total joke of a place. Manager begging the owner to sell the place off so he can retire. Guess what guy, you're just the manager and you can just quit and save everyone the trouble of dealing with you two.
These people do NOT know how to run a business. The hours posted are 8am. My father missed his flight because the owners had to be called AT HOME to come and unlock the gate when they should have already been there. When we asked for an ETA we were told “We will be there when we can.” Prompting us to leave and find another storage facility.
The location is very low key. I like that, the owner is very nice and the property is well maintained! I've been here over 5 years.
