These guys are awesome !!! My alternator went on my 2007 Honda Odyssey. I pull in they greeted me with kindness and gave me a thorough diagnosis and gave a fair price on the job. And the turnaround time was phenomenal. I would highly recommend.
The customer service here is beyond terrible. They were unprofessional and rude from the moment I walked in. They didn’t explain the issue with my car clearly, and when I asked for a detailed breakdown of the charges, they acted like I was bothering them.
I don’t recommend A 1st Stop Auto Repair at all. They did a “repair” on my exhaust system, but a few weeks later, it was back to making the same noise. They didn’t offer any sort of guarantee or apology. Definitely won’t be coming back.
This place is a joke. I had a simple issue with my car’s transmission, but they took weeks to even get back to me. When I finally got my car, it was still malfunctioning. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and now I’m stuck with an even bigger problem.
