I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Romezi.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. She has no sense of bedside manners and ridiculed me for my choice of birth control, saying that it would be my fault if I end up getting pregnant. Her lack of empathy was extremely apparent and she made me feel like a burden to be checking out on. Her way of walking into the room, not making conversation, and quickly asking you to underdress was quite weird. I saw Dr Romezi once and never went back. Like other reviews have clearly stated, she is not compassionate. She may very well be brilliant but I was uncomfortable with all her responses. She did not like that I was asking her questions and got defensive and dismissive easily.
Please do yourself a favor and find a different doctor. The bad reviews are true. She has the worst bedside manner and pushed me into a C-section. I have notes from the hospital showing that my procedure was not an emergency, and the notes she recorded about my progress are very different from the ones the nurses documented. It baffles me to read that. If you don’t agree with what she suggests, she will blatantly threaten that your baby will die because of you. Dr. Romezi is very kind and considerate. She listened carefully to everything I said, diagnosed the problem accurately, and explained everything clearly. I’ve always been anxious about going to a gynecologist, but she was so wonderful that I no longer feel afraid. I’m very satisfied with her care and highly recommend her.
