I went to A-1 because I had heard the name around town a lot, and since it was the first time I was getting my vacuum cleaner serviced in the 9 years I've owned it, I thought that was a good sign. I was wrong. I walked in the store, and the gentleman asked me if I liked my Dyson. I replied that it's been a great vacuum.
