Excellent service. Fast appointment, good work trimming our two Canary Palms. Great cleanup and fair price.
I DID NOT HIRE these people, MY NEIGHBOR DID! I had NO problem with my neighbor's request for "the tree guys I have coming, I would like them to trim the branches of your tree, on my side that are starting to touch my roof. "NO PROBLEM", I get along great with my neighbor. These people at A1 are BUTCHERS!! CUT CUT CUT!!! THEY ARE NOT AND FAR FROM ARBORISTS!!! MY TREE, on MY PROPERTY, ... WAS about 30-40ft. Best in Sarasota. Called on Tuesday, had the tree down on Wednesday. Communication was clear throughout the process. Their equipment is top notch and they were able to maneuver, a tight area to remove the tree. Best of all they cleaned everything up nicely. Highly recommend.
We had a 60' oak taken down. A-1's equipment was pristine and all work was done professionally. The A-1 guys did a great job! They are truly good hearted, respectful and helpful! They offered to help me move the wood I kept, cleaned up beautifully and protected my property the entire time. Great communication and kept their promises. We're very happy with their work.
Overcharged. Made promises they did not keep. Took advantage of those suffering by Hurricane Milton. Be cautious. Get everything in writing and get their license number since it is not listed on their invoice or proposals
