Mr. Rios and his partner did an excellent job trimming my oak tree. They worked with great care and even stayed late into the evening to make sure the job was completed. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication!
While the price was good, and our trimmed trees look better, professionalism and communication were terrible. Owner said he'd arrive before 9am, arrived after 4pm, and only after we called HIM twice. No communication letting us know he wasn't coming as planned. Job was mostly completed by dark on Saturday. As dumps were closed, said he'd return Monday for his trailer. No communication all day Monday, no show. No communication all day Tuesday, until we contacted him at 5pm to see if he was coming. Said he would come Wednesday... read more
I called for an estimate but there was no answer, they called back the next day (I had already gotten another estimate from somewhere else but I think it’s great that they followed up )
Amazing service, great price, and they did a great clean up afterwards.
Great service, fast and very professional. Would definitely recommend.
