I will never take my vehicle back to A-1. The staff us pleasant enough. My last experience there involved the repair of my valve gasket and I was told they the coil needed to be replaced as well since it was in the same area. They gave me to bring the coil to them to install. When I picked my car up, they had repaired the gasket ans left the packaged coil in my car..... they didnt replace it and left me to believe it was ok to drive.
