My complaint is that they came after I was in bed. I go to bed at 10:30pm. They came after that. They didn't leave any paperwork or card....nothing!!! I woke up to a missing truck. Coming in the middle of the night is just asking for trouble.
Nice people. Easy to work with. No damages that I can see, nothing misplaced. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. Driver was very kind as well. No complaints. They took good care of my car.
Thought they were going to call me before they picked my truck up.Good thing my dog barked. Showed up 9:30 pm to get my truck. Thats the only complaint I have
Had a car taken to auction. Personal items were in the car. Over 20 personal items were "thrown" out from tools to tax documents. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE
This company has been wonderful to deal with. The wrecker driver, whose name was Mike, came to repossess my vehicle. Not only was he willing to work with me but also patiently walked us through the process. Having your only transportation repossessed is a horrible experience, but, Mike helped me to avoid the repossession. Thank you so very much!
